I did the clad test too but I know how dangerous that test can be so I do it from a safe distance..100 yards. Looks like I also use a smaller diameter test probe.
I took me a little while to find it after the "test" as it ended up about 10 yards away from where I had set it up.

Cam40, sorry can't make out the date. I'm guessing 1838.
