Is this a minor DDO 1957 Cent?

Is this a minor DDO on a 1957 Lincoln Cent? I found approx. 12 of these in a roll of 1957 P cents. I first thought it was mechanical doubling, but then I saw what appeared to be notches on the right sides of the upper part of the W and I also noticed that it was exactly the same on all 12 examples (MDD often looks different from coin to coin). There is also similar doubling on the TR letters of TRUST - but not as obvious as on this W. Is this MDD? Master Die doubling? I was not sure, so I thought I'd ask the experts.
