PSA Flip Errors

It looks like someone fell asleep at the wheel. I understand that mistakes happen. However, I am a little worried when I send in multiple copies of the same card for grading. For example, if I send in five Roger Clemens rookie cards for grading and I get three - 10's, one - 9 and one - 8 is there a chance the PSA 8 could end up in the holder with a PSA 10 flip? And then I am left to ponder why my card with PSA 8 flip looks mint.

Sorry to ramble on, just a random thought stuck in my head.

PSA half-ass the grading and identification of cards? NO way that could ever happen.

On ebay now there is a PSA 9 and PSA 10 1989 Fleer Bill Ripken Black Box labeled as a Whiteout. Only a $100 BV difference, a $300 based on last sale difference. Hope someone doesnt come by and pay waaaay too much. Few weeks back there was PSA 9 and PSA 10 Black Box labeled as Scribble. Hmmm. I bet heads are gonna roll at PSA now. lol From watching their video on slabbing cards seems like a few extra lights at those desks might help.

The problem, I suspect, is not the lights - or lack thereof - evident in the video, but the apparent discrepancy between the fantasy world PSA presents and what seems to be the actual practice.

Hmm ... The card does not have a black border and the signature is not a facsimile. It is one I obtained in person and sent into PSA/DNA. Looks like I'll be sending this one back.
