I still haven't been able to capture the look in hand but at least with the PCGS graded ones you can get a sense of what they look like I gave up on the NGC's becuase they are burried in those white inserts and I just can't seem to get enough light on the coins surface to show of the mirrors without getting slab glare
PCGS 1887 PR65RB
(When tilted the reverse exhibits a magenta/Silver yin and yang design)
PCGS 1909 PR65RB

are the perfect storm. They are the Bermuda Triangle of coin imaging -- even when they look nice in the camera viewfinder
they look like crap on your computer. Give it up while you still have your sanity and enjoy how beautiful these coins are in person.
That said...imaging these coins is the last frontier of numismatic photography and I have ripped what's left of my hair out trying
to image them. I think these coins image best from a distance, i.e. full slab pics.
Heritage vs. a coin I bought from them.
The best I could do with this NGC coin in closeups, after a trillion attempts. Major glare issues on the most accurate color shots.

I couldn't agree more......here was my best attempt at a 1939 PR65RB:
I pulled it back out last night....cleaned all the scratches off the slab........and could not even get the images to come out this good the 2nd time around so I gave up
Here are a few futal attempts at capturing some pretty mirriored PR IHC:
1897 NGC PR65RB
1907 NGC PR66BN
