Nice Suprise in the mail!

Just recieved a recent ebay puchase and low and behold a nice supprise! A 1900O double stars with 2 ROTATED WHACKS! each has a nice partial N, a M reverse above D and nice partial E's! Yes E's! The whole face of liberty is completely visible in reverse to the right of the Eagle! Check scans! What VAM is this?

Go to www.ashmore.com and check out the VAM updates. I do not see any transfered letters on your images, but of course, they are small pictures. There is a VAM with doubled stars. I think it is 15, but do not quote me on that. With the clash, I think it is 15A. I could always have my dates mixed up, too.
