Coins have to be full red just in order for NGC to give out RB these days.
Since I've used up my free submission certificates, I may give ICG a try next time around. I'm just really unhappy with NGC treating everything that isn't full-blown 100% red to be brown, and skipping RB. What, have they phased-out the RB designation entirely?
I'm also not happy that my "standard" tier order went through slower than the "value" tier order I had last month. And this order was half the number of coins as the first one.

This is not the forum but I am quite unhappy with grading on very recent pieces as I think that MS grades 68 through 70 have such huge value spreads and that clearly the marked grades have natural variation such that one person's 68 may not be another's or even the first person's (more properly peoples') on another day.
Well, just Love coins, period.
