I think I found a 1878-P "Tripled R" Vam 171. Can anyone confirm it?

I got this coin off EBay and always check for popular Vams. Its an 1878 7TF Rev of 78 (noted by NGC.. I dont know how to figure that stuff out) and I think it might be Vam 171. It appears to be really close, but there is some doubt in my mind about the R. Can anyone confirm or deny the Vam?

R looks doubled, not tripled.

edited to add:
Is the r in trust broken? If not, it cannot be a B2c reverse VAM. Also look at the 4th star to the right of the date to see if a point is broken off and see of the top of the o in God is open or closed.
