It's been discussed on the forums before, if I remember correctly it is the result of a special holder that was used for a bank promotion or something way back.

I got one too.
Looks just like yours.
I think there is a couple of hundred of these in NGC holders.

Because a large collection was sent to NGC, and they all share a similar toning, and many graded MS68
