I'm so excited. I just found my very first Peace VAM. This is doubled obverse on 1934-D (medium D). Check out these scans. Look at the offset of D in GOD and doubled WE.

Got a pic of the whole obverse? The tiara needs to be doubled to get the VAM 3.

Dont go out and buy all of these you can... they are pretty common...

The TOP 50 VAM book doesn't say anything about doubled Tiara. Says the only difference between VAM 3 and VAM 4 is that VAM 3 has the medium filled D. I scan the whole obverse for you.

Yup, its a VAM 3. The two right spikes show very noticeable doubling.

The VAM 4 is a little tougher to find.

Nice. I love the radical obverse doubling. When I see one, it's always a "hold your breath" when you flip it over.
