just bought my 1st foreigner

Well non uk that is. So does this make it lite side, as a newby I'm still getting my head around this lite/dark side lark. So is dark side europe and lite side the former colonies
Anyway I'm here siting in an internet cafe on my vacation in the Philipines were I picked up a 1908 peso, not in the cafe you understand. This 1 peso is about the size of an old American silver doller with the US on one side and Philippines on the other. Condition is not great, maybe near VF and I probably paid well over the odds for it, but then I don't intend to make a collection of them.

Congrats on your first USPI purchase. Hope you're enjoying our (wet) weather. There's a coin auction on May 28th if you're still here. If not, stop by World Treasures coin shop on the top floor of MegaMall in Madaluyong, just a few miles outside of Makati. Cheers!
