ANSWER TO GRADE: It is a 66 in a new NGC holder...but what I like the best is the toning, if indeed it is as it appears.

The picture isn't really clear enough but the coin appears to be spot free with good luster. If it's already slabbed I'd say MS-66 or 67 but again, the picture is too grainy.

Well it could be the lighting or something but it seems to have a red/brown toining??? As to grade it looks like an easy 67 at NGC, the "O" might be a touch weak for PCGS to go 67.
