    Ripoff of NGC. Do It Yourself Holder. Used to give a false sense of authenticity about a coin's grade. The coin is essentially raw.

    Since every single item being offered by that seller is slabbed by NGCC, and no other sellers are offering NGCC coins, I suspect the seller is slabbing them himself.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
