OT - Mandy Needs Help! Question Insertion Fees

Can some please tell me how often Ebay has the 10 cent insertion fee special?
I’m trying to save up as much money as possible. In addition selling of some of my coins and other collected Item. I rescued this puppy from some people that were going to put her down. Because of her injured foot. The photos were taken before she went to the doctor that evening. Got her to the best vet in my town. She’s 3 weeks old and small compared to her siblings. But Dr. Hall said she’s in good health. But she will need surgery after we see some healing. In hope of saving as much of her leg as possible. She will have to have a partial amputation. I just wanted to save her life and give her a chance to have a full life. I’m told it’s kind of expensive for amputation. So I’m trying to get up the money for Mandy’s surgery. That will be taking place in a few week. She needs some healing to go on. Plus Dr. wants to see how much skin he will have to work with to save a good part of her leg. She’s a sweet Blue Bit Bull. I’m usually scared of the bread. But I tears me apart to see her this way. I just want to give her chance. And the Dr. Says she can have a full life. I haven’t been posting coins lately on the forum. Because I was trying to save a little money. But I’m putting that little savings that I have from not purchasing coins into her recovery. These evening I will be picking her up from the doctors office. Back to every two hour feedings. Keeping it cleaned and dressed. Plus working on her circulation. Please if you’re a praying person. I ask that you put her in your preayers.

So I scrapping up all I can for this surgery and other things she will need when she comes home today. If I can wait till the next insertion fee discount. That would help!

Does Ebay have the discount once a month or it’s rare they do that?
Thanks for any help on this subject.

P.S. Today is my wedding anniversary so I wont be around to respond to questions until this evening? Just need some ways to save on listings on ebay and raise up some money.

Thanks everyone! I know I do not have as fine of collection of coins as many members. But I’m willing to depart with my foreign coin collection. So you see we are stretching penny here already. But Like a bought the coins. I figure I can buy coins later. But I can’t replace a life.
