Funny...does anyone look back and "regret" not buying the junk he peddled?

The only think I missed out on was when HSN had 5 ruth signed balls for $5k each in the early 90's....I thought it was a ridiculous price, which I could've never afforded at the time anyways. but nonetheless, I still feel like the dumb guy there.

Man, I wish I would have picked up some of those 89 Upper Deck boxes from him. I mean, every pack he opened had a Griffey Jr in it!image

It's amazing that people would "Stretch Pay" a Mother's Cookies reprint of a reprint card. image

I just remember the classic clip of him swimming trough the cards that has fallen on the floor. Does anybody still have the clip?? It was hilarious.

it is on the donwest.org site. I think that if someone made a Shop at Home DVD series I would buy it haha. The SNL skits about them would be great to own on DVD as well. I have found the transcript of it online but never the actually video.

    Their show was a riot.

A combination of Jerry Springer, the WWE, Dumb and Dumber, The Three Stooges....

I'll always associated Shop at Home with....

-Donruss Elite Dominators. "GANG, GET ON THE PHONE LINES NOW"

-Don and Eddy pimping just about everything in site (remember all those Tiger Woods rookies they had)

    -Don swimming in cards

-Kenny Goldin with that jersey accent...

-All those "Giving away the farm" deals.

Donwest.org is a cool site. Don's been immortalized.
