These 1981-s SBA are T-II?

I thought they might be T-II, but what the heck do I know?!? The middle of the S is clear and round; and the serifs are bulbous. However, there are some "attachments" from the serif to the center of the S, but this is due to the punching pressure not the die (according to Ken Potters website).
