You sent me a PM of the weekend. I haven't had a chance to look it all over.
Regarding an issue as you brought up, I am the only moderator that will take action. SM1 would refer you back to me.
Unfortunately, your request will take some time to look into from both sides of the argument. We do not get involved in sales disputes between members and as for you other allegation, from a quick overview, it just like he posted your correspondence.

As stated above, this request will take some time and I will look into it when I get a free moment.
