I just picked this beauty up at a fantastic price:
1971 Topps PSA 8 Tom Seaver
I can't believe the price I paid for two reasons: (1) this card typically sells in the $140 to $160 range; and (2) it is the most (gulp, don't tell the wife) I have ever paid for a 71 Topps baseball card, and for that matter, any single baseball card. It is a beauty and to top it off, it increased my set registry rating by a whole .01 point!

My bigger question --- will you tell your wife?
There are lots of CA buyers, who eschew paying the CA sales tax, so that creates less demand for 4SC auctions from the git-go.
I live in CA, though, and I find their quality and customer service well worth that 8.25% premium.
As fate would have it, my luck continues to roll today. I just won this Killebrew at a Killer price:

This card always seems to go over 60 bucks, usually around 70 to 80. Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket today? I have not had what I consider great deals on eBay in quite sometime!
