    I think by "just a hair o-c" the seller meant that the right border is as wide as a hair (almost).

    I guess a hair o/c is better than saying miscut badly.
    Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

    It got a qualifier ..MC ...it means the card has all the 8 qualities , strong corners good color ...but its so badly miscut that it gets a designation as such.

    It makes more sense to have this card graded 8 MC than a 2
