So I drop about $50 on this guy's stuff to try to pick up some SPs and chrome with a money order and he appears to be a deadbeat now. 2 negatives in the past week, his phone number doesn't work, he doesn't respond to emails. I opened a dispute with Ebay. What other steps could I take?
