I am getting really tired of this from PSA

I had a box that was delivered to PSA on Tuesday morning with 3 seperate subs. None of them have been enetered into the system yet. WTF is going on over there. I am spending 1000's of dollars and they just take their sweet time. I understand about the orders taking a while but I think it is inexcusable for them to not enter new subs in for nearly a week.

This is pretty rediculous. I mean anybody can guarantee a turnaround time if they get to start the clock whenever they want to..... But sadly, they will probably never change.
  • My guess is that they were backed up from the FT Washington show submissions. I gave two submissions at the show on Sunday and both were entered by Wednesday...

PSA has the most pathetic customer service protocols I have EVER seen. Absolutely ridiculous.

It is also absurd that they grade some submissions (same service level) in 2 days and other take 2 weeks and others take 2 months. It is pathetic and shameful.

Joe really needs to put his education to use and clean house and implement some more practical business models. Profits would go up and he would look smarter.

I have never had a submission take longer than 2 days to be entered unless there was a problem. Needless to say, once the problem was detected and taken care of, it was another week before they finally entered it.

interesting thread (again). is expanding operations or hiring of minimum wage clowns to do data entry beyond the 2006 forecasted budget?

"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

    True!

I've had a couple of goof ups....One clearly mine and one was theirs.

Some cat name L'Var helped me out.

You should know by now those jobs are being done by illegal aliens because no one in California wants to do it.image

That explains it after all you have to allow time for someone to translate the orders into spanish before they can be entered.

Then how come any time you send in Topps Mexican FB cards it seems to take them longer to grade???

Wait a minute--Zef, were there any mexicans in that order?
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

Looking for Al Hrabosky and any OPC Dave Campbells (the ESPN guy)
  • PSA has always been very good with any customer service issues i've had. And I bet they are realllllllly backed up from this month's $5 special.

So now, 1 week after the order was delivered, 2 of 3 have just been entered in. The were all in th same box so I have no idea how they didn't enter the 3rd sub.

I think the worst part of waiting is getting the dreaded ME and trying to call to get it fixed before they ship. I don't mind waiting so much if my cards come back with no ME's! 35 business days is too long anyways regardless of cost per card but to wait all of that and get 2 or 3 ME's and 2 or 3 NoHo's stinks!

I have a sub. there from the April special. They are so busy grinding out the new May specials that I know I am guaranteed to wait forever as my sub. gets shoved to the back of the line.

honestly, if they had cheap immigrant labor running the show, it would be done ten times faster and cost you less image

This is an interesting thread, I mailed out 3 boxes within the last week (one over a week ago) and still no confirmation email or status on their website. I have a confirmation from the post office that the first box was delivered last Thursday (11 May). Today is the 17th and they STILL have yet to contact me about receiving them, which means the clock hasn't started ticking yet. I hope to get them back before spring training 2007!!!!

Zef - I've got to say that I am pleased with PSA - sent a small batch in yesterday for the $13 special via Priority (from Chicago), not only did it arrive in one day - it was entered an hour ago (35 hours total!).
