Question about "submission status"

Sometimes when I have a submission entered, it shows that it was entered on a certain day, and then it says "further processing is pending".

Then, sometimes it just shows the date entered, and the date graded and shipped with no actual date because they have not been graded yet.

When it says "further processing is pending", does that mean that their is a problem with the submission? My submisstion was entered on 5-12-06 (Friday morning) and still shows "further processing is pending". Just wondering if their might be a problem with the submission, or is this normal.

Normal. If there is a date entered, Friday, then their clock starts. If there was a problem you wouldn't have a date entered, and they would email you eventually with the problem. They want their $$ upfront before the process begins. Jordan and a couple other just went through this "problem order" process where they had to jump through hoops to let them charge a few more dollars because of a calculation error.
