I saw that bad boy last month in Ft. Lauderdale...

The helicopter launch pad was the kicker for me.....
There was another..just a little smaller owned by Microsoft (I believe)...that was just as nice....their spare boat in the hold was a 36 foot Sea Ray Sundancer....around $200K...not bad for a dinghy huh....

and yah..it was too much work to unload it and bring it to shore...so they called a tender (water taxi)....not bad..ride to shore and back when your all drunk out of your mind...$1,000...

Being the guy with 3 hot, drunk blondes going back onboard....PRICELESS!!!
