Who Says You Can't Find a Bargain in the 10 Cent Listing Day Auctions . . .

Super Bargain.

Hurry, there's only 16 more available image.

I wonder if this could be the rare 1985 Topps version, of which only 2 billion were produced.

The only thing better would be a Bombo Rivera Topps card.

What's this genius hoping for? Someone to buy one of those cards by accident, at which point he disappears with the money? Talk about throwing your integrity out the window with regard to future business on Ebay...

You guys are way too critical. That is one of the nicest cards I have ever seen from that set.

    He actually is pretty smart.

He got a bunch of .10 cent listings up with that description and is revising them with his "real" items.

Excellent time management. I wish I thought of it.

Bob, you are correct. There are several people doing this, I just thought this guy was pretty original using the "Kiko Garcia" title. I'm pretty sure he is a very reliable (and smart, as you mentioned) seller.

How does that help him. Seems like...

Oh, maybe I just figured it out as I was typing. Did he do it so he could take advantage of the $.10 listing day, then revise them as he gets a chance (after the $.10 day)?

Ah, now I get it. The lengths people will go to just to save a few pennies...and, I agree with you frankhardy - this guy cheats the system, and you get the shafting.

If he changes his listings to 15 $500 items he will have saved around $70 in listing fees.

You would think that Ebay would catch on to something like that - or, at least they should. He's basically scamming them.

And you guys have a problem 'scamming' Ebay? The way the do business (by that I mean they have no competition, so they do whatever the heck they want) I applaud anyone who is a legitimate seller and is smart enough (or lucky enough) to get away with it. As long as he isn't scamming collectors, then I don't care what he does!

Here's the problem - a person who scams Ebay like this is more likely to pull a scam on a fellow collector, because he has no ethics. Also, what really bothers me is that Ebay lets this guy get away with something like this, yet seemingly legit auctions (like frankhardy's) are pulled without reason.

How is the guy cheating the system? he paid his dime, and now revises the auction. to compare him with ebay scammers is a stretch IMO. The system allowed for it. people revise auctions all the time.
