Set up an ebay auction where you allow someone to make an offer?

Glen,

When setting it up you must set it up as a Fix Price (Buy It Now) first and then down in payment area check make an offer, which is located to the left of starting price.

Selling using a Fixed Price Format and You can also add the Best Offer Feature.
