Nice looking '67 Seaver - What will it end at?

I was thinking abotu putting in a bid on this '67 Seaver PSA 8. SMR is $750. Looks pretty nice to me. Curious on your feedback?

    I see Legacy's no longer NARU'ed.

    I must have missed that, why were they NARU'd?
