Are 68s worth grading?

I have a nice group of 68 topps baseball. I feel very confident that I could gather a group of 25-50 cards to send in that I feel are worthy of 9 quality. My question is... Is it worth it?
I see 8s going and barely covering the $5+ shipping grading fee. I know I will have some 8s that come back because thats how the game works. I see 9s going from $10 to $25 depending on bidders.
Anything that I miss that results in 7 or less is just a waste of grading fee. So is it worth it to take the chance of basically getting enough 9s to make it worth while?
The above is obviously refering to mostly commons and not sp's or stars.
Thanks
Chris

But with a few assumptions, here's my tqake.
50 cards under the current $5 special, $25 return shipping is $280.
Using a 10 cent listing day for all 50 like recently $5.
Original cost of the cards is unknown so I will throw in $75 to bring the total to $360.
Adjust assumptions as needed.
If 10% were grading boneheads (this should be high but better conservative), throw out 5 cards. $0 revenue
That leaves 45 cards. Using $5 for an 8 and $15 for a 9, a little algebra show the break even at 14 PSA 9 's. (31 8's at $5 and 14 9's at $15) generates $365 revenue leaving a $5 profit for all your time and work.
Add about $10 profit for every additional 9 above 14 you get.
So, if you think you have a good eye and can get about half 9's, then you can get paid for your time, if you can get a caouple of 10's in the bunch, then you will easily get paid something. If your not so sure, sell the batch raw or keep them for a set.
If you play powerball, or Mega millions or go hit the slots every now and then absolutely. Take chance, it might to out good and the down side doesn't seem that bad.

9s are the new 10..and 10's don't exist anymore. At least that's been my experience with 1,000 or so submissions over the last 2 months. I haven't gotten a vintage 10 in probably a year and a half.
My advice...check the pop report before submitting '68s. If you have some that might generate interest because of low pop, submit. Otherwise, sell as raw. There seem to be a lot of people putting together high-grade but ungraded sets.
