Home Buy, Sell, & Trade - U.S. Coins

Anyone here that frequents the Buy, Sell & Trade Forum who refuses to visit the Coin forum?

I see familiar names here on this forum I never see on any other coin forum.
Why?

Because these folks are here to sell and make money.

They are not here to schmooze , inform and educate.

And you see people over there that refuse to post over here even though they are posting coin images of NEWPS they want to sell. Huh?

That's an excellent point but one that doesn't detract from mine.

It works both ways, "both ways" being the operative pair of words.

    Braddick,

I've wondered it too, sometimes. However, for some people, I think they are better off not posting on the Coin Forums because I know there are sellers here I avoid after watching how they react and interact.
However, I am also very reluctant to buy from someone just posting here and not part of the "environment".

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

    Hi Pat,

I frequently post here and occaisionally lurk there. Most of the time, my opinions/responses would only reflect the posts/opinions of others that beat me to posting. I'm not into being redundant/copy-cat. I usually respond only if I have a new, original or dissenting opinion.

If I remember correctly there was discussion about this a while ago. Some of the ideas proposed in that discussion were pretty interesting. It might be worth diggin up if someone wants to do it.

Hi Pat, I come here to sell coins. I come to the coin forum to convince you that what I am selling here is what you want. Darnit... it just isn't working image

    Pat,

Good question. I have noticed the same thing. The only thing that bothers me is the Us Forum posts move quicker that the pages here and these are not standing still image I do read some of the UF Forum posts but rarely post there. I think Ron sumed it up pretty well.
