Looking for PSA Graded Graig Nettles in PSA 8 or better for my Master Set

    Sometime in the next week or so I will be digging through my father in laws 15 or so 1984 fleer update sets. I was going to pull out all the Jimmy Key cards as well as the Nettles for my set ( I think you and I are the only ones doing a Nettles set ). I noticed you needed that card too, so I will look for anything with potential and let you know....after I pick one for my set of course !

    Great and thanks for any help as I do need the 1984 Fleer Update so if you have an extra one that is nice it would be appreciated or if you submit some and have an extra 8 or above that would be great.

    I have some extras that I can post later when I get home in case you have a need and also my last sub had a few duplicates as well as a PSA 8 1980 OPC that I just picked up a PSA 9 of - the sub number is 590090 with zip 06708.

    Huh. My favorite player.

    How hard/expensive was it to do a high-grade master set? I've always considered doing one.

    Al,

    I dont have a point of reference to compare it to as this is currently the only set I am working on and had never done anything like it before.

    When I first thought about it and put in the request I thought it would be very difficult and that I would have to do all the subs myslef to make headway. I then realized that the likes of 4 Sharp Corners have a nice little niche in catrering to the registery. The vast majority of cards I have obtained have been through eBay (95% +) and have all been at reasonable prices once I realized that patience pays off and in most cases things come back around.

    As the previous poster mentioned it is currently only him and I and like I had offered to him I would be glad to help you in any way with extras I have. I just need to post them to the board for you guys.
