Population report access problems

I'm having trouble accessing the population reports, in fact I can't access the reports at all.

It appears that my Email/Password combination can't be found in the database.

I have already changed my password to so if that was the problem. Obviously it wasn't as I am still denied access.

I have Emailed your customer service department twice about this problem but have not received any reply.

Personally I find this very frustrating. This problem along with the lengthy time it takes to receive grades/coins back from grading makes it look as though customer responsiveness is suffering.

Now - how do I get the first problem fixed ?
