WARNING about CU forum member battier

I sent this appeal to him over a week ago:

You know that you have yet to send compensation for the two throwback boxes you offered for the Kobe auto that I won in a throwback box but never got. I have been very patient in waiting for the card and have even traded with you a couple of times, and all has worked out well with the trades. However, I think that I have been patient for long enough, and I do not consider myself to be in the wrong by expecting compensation on the order of the two throwback boxes I was promised, and soon. I will give you until 9:00 PM Pacific on Sunday, May 7 to confirm reasonable compensation and until 9:00 PM Pacific on Monday, May 15 to receive the agreed-upon compensation. If either of these deadlines are not met, I will take this matter public to EVERY trading fourm I can think of. I don't want to do that, but if I feel I must, do not doubt that I will. The ball is in your court now; I fully expect that we will be able to arrive at an amicable agreement, but I felt that I needed to remind you of your promise and get you to act upon it. This is not meant as a personal affront, but solely as a way to get what has been promised to me. I hope you understand.

He has not responded, and I sent this to him on two other forums (HI ID is stockbroker, TR ID is donald trumph). Deal with him at your own risk.

I've heard shady things about this guy 2 years ago and stayed away(Well let me say I rarely trade on boards, usually just purchase for my personal collection and sell off what I have that I don't want).

What is HI ID and TR ID stand for?? Is this the same person who was on these card forums giving out stock tips?
