That's a tough one. There's not much left.

I've seen that "trifoliate" pattern (top pic) before; it's similar to late medieval / early modern "groats" and similar coins from England and elsewhere, but it could also be a jeton or even a religious amulet. I can't make out enough of the legend to narrow it down further.
