Previously released card that has been repurchased by the cardmaker, autographed and reinserted into a pack. Upper Deck is the king of the buyback autographed insert

Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?
