Grade popped - Scans included

I thought for sure the Aaron would come back a 8. Not sure why it is a 7. Any thoughts.

Thanks, Lou

Nice cards. High end 7 (Aaron) for sure.

looks as nice as a PSA8 I have sitting here....except for maybe that vertical line to the right of his head. Is that on the card?

It was foggy and gloomy in SoCal last week, and everyone was bummed about it. As good a reason as any for the 7.
Resubmit once we're past June gloom.

And it's not just the Aaron-- from where I'm sitting that whole lot may be undergraded. With the possible exception of the Banks everything there could have been bumped one more grade.

Rough break. Time to break out the Dremel tool and start crackin'!
  • I sent the lot in with my 6 free submissions. I guess you should not use freebees if you want some solid grades.

not true.....When I sent in my 12 freebies, I got 3 aaron 8's, as well as some other 8's.

  • I guess I was looking for a reason the Aaron got a PSA 7 and not a PSA 8.

Psarose fan: Oh, you're looking for the REASON it didn't come back an 8? Its simple. Next time, have 4SC or one of their affiliates send it in. Heck, your 7 may be a 9 then.
  • I would definitely resubmit the '59 Aaron - it looks like an 8.

I agree the freebie subs have nothing to do with the grades.
