Look at what I scored

Got this for "show and tell" at my store and coin clubs I belong to. My landed cost for 26 One Ounce .999 Silver Pandas was $118.00. The only problem I see is that I can't get my scale to show more than .65 Troy Ounces when I weigh one

I suppose if you collect panda items and can't afford the real thing, this isn't a bad alternative. I just would feel more comfortable if they were sold as fakes rather than as real...

I'm confused...
What makes them fakes? Are they not China issues?

If real one would think they would weigh in the 1 oz range.
