Yes, I've dealt with him before, no problems with the transaction. I've purchased ungraded Bazooka panels that had flaws that were disclosed in the auctions. Any raw Bazooka stuff he's selling is flawed to the point that he wouldn't submit it himself for grading, as he does grade the stuff that is worthy.
