Anyone else not getting email from Teletrade? (and an acquisition)

I had completely forgotten that a couple of weeks ago I made some casual Teletrade bids. I never heard anything, so I simply assumed that I hadn't won anything.
Today by chance I login to do some price research, and lo and behold, it turns out that I won the coin below on Sunday. I get Teletrade's promo/announcement emails, but never got an invoice email. Gmail's spam filtering is quite good and I can't imagine that it would let the announcement emails through but quarantine the invoice email.
Unfortunately I hardly ever actually check through my spam folder thoroughly simply because I get SOOOOOO much.
Anyone else not getting Teletrade emails?
Anyway, I figured I'd bid on the coin if I could get it relatively cheap. Like a lot of the higher-denomination Swiss canton pieces, this one has an ultralow mintage: 8,626.
Bit of rim wierdness. I'm assuming planchet flaw, because had it been jewelry mount, I assume NGC would have bodybagged it? Without seeing the coin in hand and going based solely from the pictures, I think NGC overgraded it. The reverse is fine, but to my eye the wear on the obverse is more that of an XF, not AU. Either way though, how many can be remaining out there, from a mintage that low?
