Too bad he didn't knock Bryant out. I also am reminded of the joy I felt when robert parish beat the stuffing out of bill laimbeer.

    NEW YORK, May 3 – Raja Bell of the Phoenix Suns has been suspended one game without pay for unnecessary and excessive contact with the Lakers’ Kobe Bryant, it was announced today by Stu Jackson, NBA Senior Vice President Basketball Operations.

    Bell was assessed a Flagrant Foul Penalty Two for the incident which occurred with 7:33 remaining in the fourth period of the Suns’ 114-97 win over the visiting Lakers on May 2. Bell will miss Game 6 of the series, which will be played at the Staples Center on Thursday, May 4.



    I'm sure his teammates are not too pleased with his actions. I'm expecting a Kobe explosion in Game 6.
