OT-Possible Postage Rate Increase

Since many of us utilize the USPS, I thought this was an interesting read. Especially the part about rising fuel costs.

Well - not worried for now:

The earliest a change would take effect would be May 2007.

I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

I think they should charge the bulk rate people more.
