I just received word from my wife that Tiger Woods' father passed away this morning.

That is unfortunate. I know first hand what it is like to lose a loved one to cancer. My prayers go out to Tiger and his family!

    I do not follow Tiger Woods, but I did know his dad had a lot to do with raising Woods to be where he is at today. I did not know his father was stricken with cancer. That really hits home...my father also has cancer and is just hanging on.
