PERUVIAN COINS - AMERICAN ALMOST MINT COINS - I FOUND BAGS FROM A OLD BANK

Hello, My name its Lorenzo Im Italian but i live ocassionally at Usa, Now im in Lima Peru in a south american trip, and i get into coins ...
thats my history, and im new here, (I dont have too much experience due i have 26, and over 8 months reaching this lovely hobbie.
I have recently get a few bags from a Peruvian Bank dated from 1830 to 1950 aprox. (More of all olders).
I have found very rare coins, Colonials a lot, old old century coins from peru and over the world too !.
I have found too for example in American Coins: Liberty Peace Dollar 1922-D - Walking liberty Half Dollar 1929-S - Buffalo Five Cents 1927-S - Eissenhower Dollar 1978-D - Morgan Dollar 1921-S - Morgan Dollar 1921-D - and a few ones interesting coins like ...
1855 HALF DOLLAR-0 (SEAT LIBERTY)
1913 ONE DIME (BARBER I THINK).
1848 HALF DIME (Liberty Seat).
The Interesting thing , is that i found most of this coins in EXCELENT CONDITION due in Peru Obviusly no one have pay or touch too much those coins, always have been in hidden places or into personal collections . i dont know how exactly grade, i was thinking in the future send it to PCGS, but now i ask in this forum for the experts and collectors With Much more Experience, that will be happy to give me a good idea.
I SAW 40 BAGS of 1 POUND each one, i have buy 5 of them ... will be intelligent if i go back for the others ??? or i have to leave it ? i really like to invest in the inteligent way, thats im asking

Other question, IF some good collector here are looking for Old Peruvian Coins ( I mean OLD ) in very good condition i have a lot, so please let me know if you need something for me, i will be glad to show some interesting things ...
Talking about the American Coins: Question: If i think i have found Key Dates ?... in good state, its intelligent to get all the rest of bags for a good and cheap price ?, please give me a comment i really need it !.
One thing i dont know, and sorry for the ignorance ... is if i can clean the coins for grade it ? or if i must to leave it the way i found those ... (When a coin is cleaned loss some value ?.
