Legit Transogram?

If you came upon a 3 day auction from a brand new ebayer, with a picture so fuzzy, you'd think they tried to screw up the pic, how leary would you be?

I was wondering the same thing for the Perez he has listed. Two random items (not normally ones you would fake list) makes me think he has them but is not motivated to sell unless he can reach his high asking price. He is not helping himself with the poor photo quality.
