1967 Topps Unopened Wax Case - Any chance it is Legit?

This would be the motherlode if it is legit:

Warning signs present. But claims COD ok...

1 day, private auction. when asked what else unopened he has seller replies he has some packs from 75. I'd stay away.

Seller also claims cards are gem mint when in fact that could be not true.

case also looks like it went thru the wringer.




not sure how this case could produce 10 to 12 sets when in 67 Topps used the series system.
