VG at best. The reverse is worse with the wear into the rim.

Fair, by British standards.
There is no way this coin grades better.

Been around the block a few times, I would not grade it better than G by US standards.

I would go with G as well. I like the obverse but the uneven wear of the reverse is very distracting
