Silver coin, dated 1735. What is it?

I've had this since I was a kid - no idea what it is. Anyone know?

2 Reales from Bolivia - spanish colony

    But it's 1785 - not 35
  • Thanks! Any value to this coin?

well, the Bolivian mint is more rare than the similar type of Peru or Mexico - you can tell yours is Bolivian because of the P over T over S mint mark (for Potosi) in the legend, on the reverse at 7:00. Even still - it's pretty worn. My Krause lists your coin's value at 15.00 in VG. It does not issue a price below that grade.

Still, it's a nice early bust date - I'm sure it's worth a few bucks.

Here's a 1774. It's a nice piece, but this one has been a little shined up.
