Unbelievable. Speaks to a disturbing lack of consistency we've all discussed. Something like that shouldn't be 'missed'.

Especially when you consider it's one of the toughest cards in the set to get a 9 in. Their history is to get progessively tougher when grading lower pop 9's, it seems.
