This is one of the serveral generations of old green holders (OGH) that are often advertised as "upgrade potentials".

For what it's worth, this is PCGS 2 (second generation PCGS slab) and is known as the "slab within a slab" variety. Essentially, there is a frame encompasing a first generation "rattler" slab.
