Will we ever see a $4 grading special??????

Hi-
I see that SGC had a $4 grading special last month for 1970-present cards/ max value $75/ 100 card minimum.... I wonder if PSA will match that in the future??? Your thoughts.......

    Not unless you're submitting 1000 cards per month....

    Maybe ...but it will take 2 years to get back your cards and 50% of them would have mechanical errors!
