Not trying to be a smart guy here, but from the scan, it's very hard to tell. Just from the scan, the coin looks as if the luster is very subdued, the strike either is either a little flat or we are seeing just the slightest wear. While it looks to be fairly clean and not too bagged up, that too could be a little hard to tell form pic's. It's probably a Mint State coin, but would say AU55 fromwhat I can really see. I'm sure the lack of luster will hurt this coin in any case....unless that too is confounded by the quality of the pic. Not being a wise guy, just offering my honest opinion, hope for your sake that it's a MS68. Pete
