Negative feedback from a non paying bidder?

How in the he** can a non paying bidder leave me a negative feedback. The guy bid and won the card and then wrote me an e mail saying he was'nt going to buy the card because when he bid the scan was fuzzy and now he see's it's not nice enough for his set.same scan throughout auction. I went thru the appropriate channells to get my e bay final value fees back and then today i see he left me a neg, even though i had not left him any feedback until tonite. why does e bay allow this kind of crap. what an absolute jerk.

I'd like to hear the answer as well - I thought a non-paying bidder could not leave feedback under the new Ebay system.

I think ebay will remove the feedback he left for you.
