Need help choosing a special coin

My father passed away in February and for my birthday my mother wants to give me $200 to buy a coin for my birthday and I’d like to buy something sentimental to remember my father by. He liked Football, old westerns and a good beer can anyone help me or suggest a coin that may go along those lines; I mostly collect modern junk/stuff (which I like). Also might be an idea, something to do with father or family. I appreciate any suggestions or ideas

How about creating a 1938 mint set, and as you add to it you can keep his memories alive?

38D Buffalo(Indian Head) 5c. piece fits birth year and western theme, and reasonable price in high grades, and can buy the d/s variety to go with it and have a nice set and be within your budget.

a carson city morgan is always nice and you can still get a gsa box for under 200.
